Delete your account
Signed-in adults can permanently delete their CORE account without contacting support.
In the app
- Open More → Settings → Account Security.
- Select Review account deletion.
- Review what will happen to every household.
- Verify with your authenticator, enter the displayed confirmation phrase, and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, sessions, private chats, Community profile and submissions, notification tokens, legal acceptance records, and other account-linked records are removed. Your sign-in is unlinked from historical household activity.
What happens to household data
If another household adult exists, ownership is transferred and the household remains. If you are the last adult, that household and its uploaded household media are deleted. The app shows this outcome before confirmation.
This action cannot be undone. Independent recipe copies previously imported by other households remain in those households.
